Reinstatement Of An Appeal That Was Dismissed Primarily For Procedural Errors
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Seeking preferably a representative licensed to practice law in New York, (via Zoom if necessary,) to represent me in either New York Supreme Court &/or the U.S. Federal Court, along with the Appellate Court in NEW YOK The matter centers on a violation of my civil and constitutional rights—specifically an abuse of the legal system against me as a pro se applicant. The ultimate goal is to obtain relief from what I believe is a biased and/or compromised judicial process.
What I need from you:
• A thorough review of my existing filings, evidence, and procedural history.
• Development of a clear litigation strategy ( in all probability on paper only,) that highlights the civil-rights violations at play.
• Drafting and filing any necessary motions, briefs, or notices.
• Live Zoom appearances for conferences, (again only if necessary!) hearings, or argument when required by the court.
• Ongoing guidance on next steps, deadlines, and realistic remedies available.
A licensed attorney would be ideal for practicing law in New York and comfortable handling federal civil-rights claims. AND / OR ONE knowledgeable in NY LAWS and Experience with Section 1983 actions, constitutional law, or pro se support is highly preferred. Familiarity with remote court protocol is essential, as all courtroom participation will occur virtually.
