Post-Judgment Business Dispute Counsel

Job ID: 39975304

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Several related matters—business‐contract, civil-rights and federal employment issues—were closed on the court docket, yet outstanding obligations and compliance questions remain. I need licensed U.S. counsel to re-examine these files and drive a clean-cut resolution.

I will forward the full set of pleadings, orders, settlement terms, agency determinations and correspondence. Your first task is to review everything for enforceability gaps, missed federal contract compliance steps, and any lingering employment-discrimination or civil-rights exposure. From there, I need practical guidance on options such as enforcement motions, reopening the case for limited relief, or negotiating an after-judgment settlement that satisfies all parties.

Ideal background: solid track record with business litigation, federal contract compliance, civil-rights violations and employment discrimination. Familiarity with post-judgment practice, Rule 60 motions, and agency oversight (EEOC, OFCCP) will be invaluable.

Deliverables I expect:
• Written analysis of each dispute with recommended strategies
• Drafts of any motions, notices or demand letters you believe necessary
• Participation in at least one negotiation or settlement call with opposing counsel or the agency involved
• A concise compliance checklist confirming all federal contract and civil-rights requirements are met once the matter is closed for good

Let me know your availability to start, jurisdictional admissions and any similar cases you have wrapped up successfully.
