Position Title: Managing Attorney – Personal Injury
Salary: $160K to $180K (can go up to $200K, depending on experience) + bonus
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Managing In-Office Attorney to lead their Dallas office. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in Personal Injury law, proven trial experience, and the ability to balance a full caseload while managing and mentoring attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to attorneys within the Dallas office.
Manage and maintain an active docket of personal injury cases.
Oversee case strategy and ensure high-quality representation for clients.
Conduct jury trials and deliver successful outcomes.
Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure operational and legal excellence.
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth.
Requirements
15+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience (20+ years preferred).
Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law (mandatory).
Proven record of 10+ jury trials to verdict.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with the ability to supervise and develop a team of attorneys.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both personal and team caseloads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Compensation
