Litigation Paralegal for Case Organization & Preparation

Paralegal Needed – Litigation Case Organization & Attorney Presentation Package

I am seeking an experienced freelance paralegal to assist with organizing a complex civil litigation matter for presentation to prospective counsel.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Review and organize emails from my email account related to the litigation.
* Identify and collect relevant communications, exhibits, and supporting documents.
* Review the complete court docket and download all significant pleadings, motions, orders, and exhibits.
* Create a well-organized electronic case file with chronological and subject-matter folders.
* Prepare a timeline of key events and filings.
* Cross-reference emails with court filings and exhibits where appropriate.
* Identify any missing documents or gaps in the record.
* Assemble a comprehensive attorney-ready package that allows new counsel to quickly understand the facts, procedural history, and supporting evidence.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in complex civil litigation.
* Strong understanding of court dockets and electronic filing systems.
* Excellent organizational and document management skills.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
* Experience preparing litigation materials for attorney review.

Project Scope:
This is a project-based engagement with the possibility of additional work if the relationship is a good fit.
