I'm the defendant in the case. I have requested reconciliation, and I keep getting different numbers back with no proof. And I think they were just trying to do a shady judgment. I have all the documentation showing the accounts have been paid in full. I've communicated this to the plaintiff, the plaintiff's attorney, and I filed an appearance and notices with the court. However, two of the defendants are LLCs, and Connecticut does not let you pro se an LLC. This is a very easy case. I just need an attorney that is licensed in Connecticut, as my attorney is currently only licensed in New York.
