Comprehensive Civil Litigation Counsel Needed
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I need a licensed U.S. attorney who can handle every facet of my civil matters under one roof and stay with me for the long haul. My portfolio of issues ranges across banking and finance, real estate (including escrow and title questions), investment structures, contract drafting and enforcement, and the litigation that inevitably follows when any of those pieces go sideways.
The ideal counsel is a proven courtroom winner who is just as comfortable writing airtight contracts as they are arguing motions, negotiating settlements, or moving a judgment through appeals. I expect a single point of contact able to coordinate discovery, filings, hearings, and communication with opposing counsel without farming tasks out to multiple firms. A working command of both federal and state procedures—and how they intersect with banking regulations and real-estate law—is essential.
Core deliverables
• Full review of my existing disputes and agreements, identifying immediate risks and quick-win opportunities.
• Litigation strategy roadmap with clear milestones, deadlines, and responsible parties.
• Drafting and filing of all pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responsive documents.
• Ongoing representation at hearings, mediations, and, if necessary, trial and appeal.
• Periodic status reports so I always know where each matter stands.
Acceptance criteria are straightforward: filings hit every deadline, communications are prompt and candid, and results align with the agreed litigation roadmap. If you have a track record of winning complex civil cases that touch banking, investments, and real estate, let’s talk and set up an initial strategy session.
