NY Commercial Litigation Needed

I'm seeking an experienced commercial litigator to represent me in New York at trial before December 27.
I am urgently seeking representation in an active partnership/shareholder dispute involving Tribe Organics Inc., a Delaware LLC currently in litigation before the New York Supreme Court (Index No. 656671/2022).
I am a 50% co-founder who was unlawfully excluded from the company in 2022. My partner took full control of assets, revenue, and corporate accounts while denying access to all records. The business generates over $3M/year.
The case is already Trial Ready. Discovery is complete, the record is strong, and I have documented evidence of breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of funds, shareholder oppression, and denial of books and records.
