Civil Rights Litigation for Correctional Healthcare Neglect

I am looking for a lawyer that specializes in civil rights litigation, specifically correctional healthcare laws/medical neglect of an inmate while incarcerated. This would need to be done on a contingency fee basis, with fees depending on the settlement or award amount. For example, $10k for a win of $25-30k+ and $30k for a win of $80k+. It has to do with a simple injury caused by their shoes turned into a severe skin infection that was left unattended and neglected to the point that I still am unable to walk correctly due to this injury. It took place in July of last year. I went in their facility fully capable of walking and healthy, and by the end of the first week incarcerated I was no longer able to walk, my foot was 4-5x its normal size, had turned black, my two toes directly beside my big toe had split into a wide v shape and looked like I was throwing up peace signs at people, it was blue and purple.. was hot to the touch and felt like it was going to explode from pressure build up. I was not given the correct antibiotics until 3 days before my release, was ignored countless times, denied help or to go to the emergency room, even after multiple CO's voiced their concern and stated that I needed to go. I was not able to walk the entire (almost) month that I was incarcerated up until the day before my release.. when I had no other choice due to the fact that even though my lawyer had SPECIFICALLY put in a request for me to have a wheelchair for transportation while at the courthouse, and got confirmation that the request would be allowed.. but when it was time for me to go to court I was instead forced to walk on my injury before I was ready too/should have. This caused me to end up falling on my face while shackled IN the courthouse while trying to walk to the restroom. After this is when the officers located at the courthouse provided a wheelchair for me to use, along with their apologies that any of this happened. When they heard me state everything I had been through, they stated that they "did not have the budget to cover paying for a full-time nursing staff, so that is why theyve been using the travel nurses.. and that it was inconvenient and not ideal due to the fact that different nurses would come and go and that meant that inmates that had already established care/routines were getting overlooked or had to restart from scratch each day a new nurse came in to work. I have 1.5 pages of witness statements from other inmates who witnessed everything that took place while I was inside the facility, as well as a written record of all of my sick calls, along with their responses or lack thereof. I also have a photo of my foot and injury a week and a couple days after I had been squeezing the infection out of my own foot every single day, up to 5x a day.. It was taken via screenshot on someones cellphone during a scheduled video call I had with them.. You can clearly see a hole in the middle of my foot that had turned black and does not look good at all. I was ignored, failed to be given adequate care, forced to walk on my injury when I shouldnt have been SEVERAL times, and even pushed into my pod by a CO that decided I wasnt moving fast enough for her, and had almost hit my face on the concrete trying to catch my balance. I also was not given clean gauze to be able to properly take care of my injury/keep it clean/dressed for both my safety as well as the other 2 girls that were housed in my room with me. I was lucky to get clean gauze every other day IF that, and when they refused to bring me any new gauze was forced to reuse gauze that was already on my foot/injury due to the fact it had to remain covered or would leak infection out of it everywhere and contaminate the area, and we scarcely had enough toilet paper for me to use that instead. After release, I was transferred to the hospital next door via ambulance due to not being able to walk there on my own. They confirmed there that my injury was in fact due to a severe skin infection and gave me more antibiotics.
