I’m a licensed attorney based in mainland China and I handle both litigation and non-litigation work for overseas colleagues who need on-the-ground assistance here.

On the contentious side I regularly appear before Chinese courts and arbitration tribunals in commercial dispute, intellectual property and labour matters, steering cases from pre-action strategy through to enforcement.
