California Corporate Dispute Counsel

I need a California-admitted attorney to step in on a pre-litigation corporate contract dispute. The issue centers on an alleged breach of an agreement with the former CEO, and I want clear guidance on liability exposure, negotiation strategy, and the fastest path to resolution before this escalates into formal litigation.

You will review the contract, the Plaintiff’s demand letter, our email trail, and any related documents, then prepare a concise written assessment of our strongest defenses and recommended next steps. From there, I’d like you to draft documents to present to the Central District Court in California.

Because timing is tight, I’m looking for someone who can turn around the deliverables quickly and stay available for follow-up correspondence. California bar admission is mandatory; experience handling similar contract disputes for small corporations will be a strong plus.

Deliverables:
• Written liability & strategy memo
• Draft documents for submission to the Central District Court of California, and (after approval) submission of those documents
• Up to one hour of live negotiation support
