Business Litigation Attorney Needed

My husband's Indiana business dissolved in January of this year. The business did not file for chapter 7 because of the cost and exceptions for additional costs related to the filing. Instead the business dissolved and my husband filed for chapter 7 due to personal guarantees. We are in a suit with the first lien holder and several unsecured creditors. Our attorney for the first lien position suit, she is leaving her practice and we need someone to represent the company. We also need an attorney to represent the company in the 2 unsecured creditor suits. We are on a tight budget and need someone to work with us on a payment plan that we could make weekly payments.
