Key Requirements:
• Qualified Australian lawyer with current practising certificate
• Strong background in litigation, dispute resolution, and commercial law
• Experience advising both businesses and individuals on legal issues
• Ability to handle company contracts, disputes, compliance, and personal legal matters
• Skilled in court representation, settlement negotiations, and risk management
• Availability for ongoing advisory and representation (hourly or retainer basis)

Responsibilities:
• Provide clear, practical advice on business operations, contracts, and disputes
• Represent and advise on personal litigation matters
• Draft and review business and personal legal documents
• Manage and guide through court processes, dispute resolution, or settlements
• Protect company and personal interests with proactive legal strategies
