Attorney Needed: Ongoing Equity Case
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
The complaint is already on file and the matter is sitting on the court’s docket; I now need counsel to assist with drafting documents and strategic planning. The original firm hired by my title-insurance carrier abruptly withdrew, so the next lawyer must be ready to substitute in without delay and push the action forward.
Key points of the dispute
• Substantive focus: equity, property rights and contract law
• Relief sought: contract enforcement, financial compensation, an ordered easement and any attendant damages
• Posture: I am the plaintiff and all filing fees to date are paid, I can represent myself in court I just need some direction and assistance drafting the presentments.
Immediate priorities
1. 2 hr strategic call to develop action and submit direction to the court.
2. Review the existing pleadings, exhibits and title documents supplied by the insurer’s lawyers.
3. Map out the next procedural move—whether that is pursuing discovery that has been stalled, pressing for summary judgment, or moving for a hearing—so the case does not languish.
Successful delivery will include a concise litigation plan with deadlines, and confirmation that all prior materials have been integrated into case file. If you have experience in equity/property matters and can move quickly, I am ready to engage you right away.
The case is straightforward. Complications arise due to the prevalence of fraud from multiple parties involved in the transaction, to include the title insurance company, Fannie/Freddy.
This has the potential to be a very large, lucrative case. Priority at this moment is to focus on neighbor, defendant, to gain ingress/egress to property, have rights restored, protective order, recover damages.
