Arabic Legal Consultant: Car Loan Case
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am currently litigating a dormant car-loan dispute in bahraini court. The bank repossessed my vehicle, sold it at what I believe was an unfairly low price and is now seeking to recover the remaining balance plus years of accumulated interest. I already have:
• a certified valuation proving the vehicle’s fair market price at the time of sale,
• an accounting expert reviewing the loan statement for interest miscalculations and other banking irregularities.
What I now need is an Arabic-speaking legal consultant—ideally Egyptian and fully acquainted with car-loan dispute practice—to work with me remotely. Your role is to craft every memorandum and written reply the court will require, drawing on the valuation, the expert’s findings and relevant banking and consumer-protection provisions.
Core tasks
1. Draft persuasive Arabic memoranda setting out my defence, counter-claims and requests for further expert examination.
2. Prepare concise, timely replies to all opposing briefs, highlighting inconsistencies in the bank’s accounting, interest calculations and disposal of collateral.
3. Coordinate with me and the accounting expert so the legal arguments and numerical findings align perfectly.
Acceptance criteria
• Each filing must follow Egyptian court formatting and citation rules.
• Arguments must specifically address car-loan statutes, repossession procedure and interest-rate caps.
• Documents delivered at least 48 hours before court deadlines to allow my review.
If you have a proven track record in car-loan or similar banking disputes and can draft crystal-clear Arabic pleadings, let’s collaborate and strengthen this case together.
