Lithuanian UAB Liquidation Assistance

I need a licensed Lithuanian liquidator to shut down my dormant UAB.
The company has never traded, holds no assets or liabilities, and is fully up to date with government filings. Your role is to guide the entire dissolution process inside Lithuania, working in Lithuanian with the Registrų centras and VMI.
Key tasks
• Prepare and submit all liquidation and deregistration paperwork to the Registry Centre.
• Secure tax clearance from VMI, including final zero-activity declarations.
• Confirm legal compliance at every stage and deliver the final strike-off confirmation.
