Lithuanian Translators Needed
Budget: $2 USD
I’m assembling a pool of native Lithuanian linguists for a long-term English→Lithuanian project with our global client. Once you pass a short qualification step, you’ll be invited to register in the client’s online portal, where all assignments are distributed and tracked.
WHAT YOU’LL TRANSLATE
You’ll handle general website content—everything from landing-page copy to support articles—so the tone must remain clear, natural, and culturally spot-on for Lithuanian readers. All work must be 100 % human; we run QA checks to verify this.
PAYMENT MODEL
All words you complete during the month are totaled, then paid to you in a single lump sum through your Freelancer.com account. The more you translate, the larger your payout—no waiting for multiple small invoices.
COMPENSATION
USD $0.065 PER WORD
QUALIFICATION & ONBOARDING
• Native command of Lithuanian and near-native English
• Demonstrable experience translating web copy
• Reliable internet connection to work inside the client’s portal
• Willingness to complete a brief test piece (unpaid and under 200 words)
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Meaning preserved with natural Lithuanian phrasing
• Consistent terminology across related pages
• No MT output; style edits welcomed but source meaning cannot drift
• Delivered on or before the portal deadline (timestamps are logged automatically)
If this fits your profile, place your bid with a short note on relevant experience. Qualified candidates will receive the registration link and onboarding instructions right away. Let’s get you translating!
