Autocad Lisp programmer for 2 small Lisp routines

We are looking for someone what can provide two relatively simple Lisp routines for us:
1. Read information from a csv file and load specific acad files and modify some data (attach object data) in the file according to data from the csv file. Each dwg contains one or more polygons to which object data (which is located in the csv file) need to attached.
2. Read information from a csv file and copy multiple files into a single dwg file accordingly
