Need Custom Coding or Custom APP made to Calculate Correct Shipping Cost For My Shopify Store.

PROBLEM TO SOLVE WHEN HAVING MORE THAN ONE LOCATION FOR PRODUCTS ON SHOPIFY STORE: Shopify website should calculate correct combined shipping cost when customers purchase a product from one location and another product from another location. My store currently has products that ship from one location and other products that ship from a different location, so when customers add products to shopping cart from the two different locations, shipping at checkout is not being calculated correctly, so I need custom coding or custom app made to integrate with shopify that will calculate correct shipping cost or that will allow me to choose only one profile shipping rates from one of the locations to only offer those rates at checkout if customers purchase a mix of products from two of the different locations.
