I want to setup Exim4 mail server -- 2

I am looking for someone to help me in configuring an Exim4 mail server on my CentOS Linux operating system with IP Rotation. Also, I would like detailed explanations on the functioning of email sending in the Exim4 MTA on, the processing of logs, and how we can manage retry timing and sending speed on call and step-wise documentation of the setup process.
