vps install linux+cyberpanel

I need someone to install Linux and CyberPanel on my VPS. I have already purchased the VPS and prefer to use Ubuntu as the Linux distribution. I require custom configurations on the VPS, including setting up email accounts and SSL certificates. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
