We need a VMware expert who can get a VM guest server running.
We are retiring old datastares and have migrated a bunch of servers onto the new hardware/datastores. However, we have a server that was not converted yet, and we went into the old datastore, clicked everything and hit delete. Some positive findings - only the not-in-use files were deleted (flat.vmdk and three snapshots intact), but it's not bootable. We need someone to help rebuild the support files to try to get this to be bootable or to recover the data.
This was an older server that is needed but was not backed up besides snapshots.
