virtualmin email issue

I am using virtualmin

I created a new email account but it doesn't seem to work.

Also I can't remember the webmail URL, I tried :20000 but that doesn't work. Please either find the URL or help setup a dns/subdomain

You must be able to connect via teamviewer now to my computer and complete it now.
