ubuntu 20 cannot connect, DNS fails

I'm running Ubuntu 20, and I can't seem to connect to the internet. I'm using an Ethernet connection, and I've checked the network settings, though, it's still not working. The funny thing is, it seems like other devices can connect to the same network, but for me it's just not working. I need help diagnosing and solving this issue in order to get my Ubuntu machine online and working properly again.
