teach me how setup powermta + ip rotation + dns records

I am looking for a freelancer who can teach me how to setup PowerMTA, IP rotation and DNS records. I am a beginner in using PowerMTA and I plan to use it for sending bulk emails inbox. My preferred method of learning is through video tutorials.
