sysadmin help (bash, port config, docker)

hi, I am searching for a freelancer to help me with server setup to save some time.

* nvidia 1080 setup (nvidia-smi, nvcc, nvidia-docker)

* change ssh password instructions

Requirements
===
- download and setup tailscale.com to use vpn
- connect through remote ssh
- write good bash scripts and documentation
- test with some default nvidia docker and show gui
- some knowledge with docker
- knowledge of vncserver since currently installed (use as interface for vivado or other)
- ideally you can create a proper european invoice with tax etc.
- create a nice document with all the task and separate bash scripts on ~/Desktop
