stream from m3u8(IPTV) and send to RTMP server

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my project to restream from an m3u8 file and send it to an RTMP server.

My source for stream is a m3u8 file, this file is a IPTV, i want stream a channel from this IPTV

I want this script for a linux server.

My Target platform for the RTMP stream now is restream.io
