straight forward linux core modification

1 during read a file into any app
2 immediately write the file "example.any" out with the same name plus a timestamp "example***2019-03-06-18-29-03.any"
3 (.....user works with file)
4 during write the file
5 if file to be written content is identical to the file created in step 2 "example***2019-03-06-18-29-03.any"
rename the differently named file "example***2019-03-06-18-29-03.any" to the original name "example.any"
if the correct person reads this request i believe the mod would be a quickie for them
