spf, MX record setting for PLESK server

I am looking for someone who can help me set up SPF and or MX records on my PLESK server. I am using hostingcloud9.com as my web hosting service. I am open to suggestions for the specific requirements for the SPF and MX records. The ideal candidate should have experience with DNS settings and be familiar with PLESK server.
The SPF and MX record should be set for any domain registered with godaddy or any other seller but hosting is done on my server.
I know this is just a DNS record but I want you to do this confidently.
