sorting out issues with the VPS server from contabo

I was having an issue logging in with the server today with Putty. After trying a couple of times, and restarting the server, still, the login error didn't go. Then I rolled back the server on the previous date Snapshot and then I am getting a error message on the contabo side. Attached the error message.
I also need the person to verify the storage is a SSD or NVMe?
If you know to customise the server for the best performance then I would need this as well.
