solving webmin bug errors while migrating my site to Contabo VPS

I've been trying to migrate my site to Contabo VPS. I have done with setting up most of the things like DNS, setting up Webmin, installing WordPress etc. But, I have confronted the Error 503 service unavailable issue.
I have already contacted the Contabo support agent and got the solutions for the issue. They said that the issue is related to webmin bugs. And I also have some references for the solutions.
