sniffing TLS packets

Hello,

I am looking for a developer who can create a script to sniff phone numbers (sip/pjsip over tls).
In order to avoid reading the CDR regularly, I would like a webhook that calls a url.

I need date, time, calling phone number, called phone number, transaction id, call duration, status: response codes
