smtp server migration and configuration

I am looking for an experienced IT professional to help me with a server project involving the migration and configuration of an smtp server. The configuration of the smtp server needs to be done correctly and securely, but the exact version of the server is unknown. Current server is on a virtual Hosting using Cpanel and accounts need to be moved to a new Cpanel server that allows port 25 on SMTP as that `port was disabled on previous hosting. SMTP configuration will need to be adjusted to mimic settings used previously .
Help on finding a new hosting provider will be necessary.
