setup virtual machine on VPS host

We have an odoo 8 virtual machine (centos) to be setup on https://www.a2hosting.com/vps-hosting (managed or unmanaged VPS hosting - your choice, preferably unmanaged) using VirtualBox or similar. Must be FOSS, and if VirtualBox, no extension packs to be installed that create licensing issues.
