setup proxmox and transfer VMs and CTs and IPs and backups from a old proxmox

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me set up Proxmox and transfer VMs, CTs, IPs, and backups from my old Proxmox server.
Operating System: The old Proxmox server is running on Debian.
Skills and Experience:
- Proxmox virtualization expertise
- Experience in transferring VMs and CTs
- Knowledge of IP and backup transfer processes
Number of VMs and CTs: There are more than 10 VMs and CTs that need to be transferred.
Application Requirements:
