setup email server on fresh install off cpanel so that mail does not go to spam

I am about to migrate my site to a new cpanel server. The current site has no issues with email but the new server needs to be set up in such a way to guarantee mail delivery.(or best chance)
I see a bunch of settings in "email deliverability" in cpanel whm that I don't know a lot about.
The goal of the project is to ensure the email does not go to spam folders of our clients prior to us migrating the site.
