setup VPS / install Ghost CMS / transfer content

Hi,

I need to upgrade my current Ghost (v3.1.1) installation. I want to move the
new Ghost installation to a brand new VPS (Ubuntu).

You need to complete the following tasks:

- update all Ubuntu packages to latest version
- create a new user
- install current version of Ghost: https://ghost.org/docs/install/ubuntu/
- update SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt) through Ghost if required
- transfer my custom template and all content from the old Ghost
installation to the new server

This is a quick and easy job for someone familiar with Linux and Ghost.
