setting up Livestreaming for dedicated server

We want to set up our dedicated server to be able to livestream video on our social network. We want to have a streaming server with web embed option installed locally to ensure the video quality is good even in low bandwidth connections. Also need suggested setup and to improve the server video play and speed time on embed video (play all video formates fast). Looking for consultants with a working solution.
