rtmp streaming setup in ubanto nigix with hlsjs player working m3u8

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in setting up RTMP streaming in Ubuntu Nginx with HLSJS player. My project requires live streaming to be set up on a custom server, with an expected number of concurrent viewers of more than 100. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
