route a public IP range over an VPN Tunnel

i have few public IP on server
and local is a openwrt router and its connected to server with a (openconnect) VPN tunnel.
openwrt router IP:192.168.102.1 vpn server IP:23.23.23.4
now i can ping server to local and local to server.

my server have few more ips are free now i want to use that IP on my local device like a device connected with openwrt router and i want to use a server Public ip on my local device.
lets say set 23.23.23.5 to a local device.


my target is use server public IP on my local device.

you need to route server IP to local over VPN tunnel
so i can assign my server public ip to my local device that is connected with openwrt
and openwrt connected to server over a VPN tunnel.

i have same system running ON VIBE
but vibe allowed only few models of router.
also vibe have lots of limits

we need our own system so its will no limits.
