rescue data in AWS lightsail instance and fix WHM Database issue

I have different issues. my AWS Lightsail instance with cpanel/WHM installed has failed to reboot, and from there I have 50 accounts that I need urgently. The instance failed after trying to reboot it as I had MYSQL server issue is WHM that will need to be fixed as well after rescuing this.
