repair and renew ssl certificate in a AWS EC2 server with debian linux (bitnami)

We installed a certificate in a server but we are having problems when accessing from old devices/browsers since last 29 of september when Let's encrypt DST Root CA X3 root certificate expired. I believe the way to solve the problem while we keep using let's encrypt it's forcing the preferred-chain to ISRG Root X1 root certificate.
