C program to send and receive audio from an application
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a C code, that helps me to receive audio from an application(PTT) on phone to device (Laptop running Linux). I have a python program for reference, but I am unable to decode the audio type Opus. I would also need a PulseAudio for the same C program for it to run on some desired device.
