php workerman server setup and connection test

need a server expert helping me to run a simple workerman websocket connection on my server and explain me via anydesk what i am missing and how to solve in order to avoid the connection to timeout. Do not ask rediculous amount this should be a simple job for a server expert as it do not involve any programmation skill and only maybe some server adjustment via ssh.
