openvpn connect multiple servers

Hello. The network design is this:
everything is done in debian linux
one main OPENVPN server that ONLY accepts connections from child servers
multiple child OPENVPN servers that are connected to main server but also accepts client connections from PC/s, mobile devices. The clients (PC/Mobile) that connect via openvpn to the child server must be able to access a running service on the main openvpn server.
Basically what I need is help with routing.
I need some network engineer to help me to configure this properly in order to scale it in the future
For example i would need to add more child servers to the network (connect them to main server to allow child server clients access to main server running services)
