opensips installation with ui

we already have multiple freeswitches running along with mysql database and billing engine those freeswitch receives traffic from Opensips which acts like load balancer for customer end. But I want to implement another opensips so that we can provide 1 single IP to vendor which will be of that new opensips instead of all freeswitch IPs.
so Opensips A will send traffic from client to freeswitches and then freeswitches will send traffic to Opensips B which will send traffic to vendors.
Newly installed opensips should have capability to route traffic out to specific vendor by matching prefix, since freeswitches will route all traffic to opensips and as per prefix opensips should send traffic to respective vendor.
Please note: I will pay amount which you bid.
