404 not found, nginx on phpmyadmin / "systemctl restart httpd.service" can not restart httpd / no php-fpm.sock

I am trying to move my site to the new vps server.

I have a few problems to solve at the new VPS server with
Centos7.4
Appache/PHP 7.423
Nginx 1.21.2
Kusanagi 1.5.1
phpMyAdmin 5.1.1

http://hawaii-fudosan.com/phpmyadmin

1) can not access to IP adress/phpMyAdmin or domain/phpmyadmin => 404 not found, nginx
It was unzipped usr/share/phpMyAdmin

2) "systemctl restart httpd.service" can not restart httpd
3) no php-fpm.sock
