nginx server setup

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can assist me in setting up an nginx server. The server will be running on the Linux operating system and I am looking for a Load Balancer configuration specifically. Additionally, caching is a requirement for this project. The freelancer should have experience with nginx servers and be familiar with the different configuration options it offers. I am looking for someone to set up the server with the best possible settings to ensure it is running optimally. If any further development is needed in order to meet my needs, I am open to discuss that.
