network scanning daily diff

Im using rustscan https://github.com/RustScan/RustScan
I need to run it daily and email me diff. For example, if ports are opened on a particular host that were not yesterday I would get notified about it. An existing tool is pyndiff which works fine using the Nmap xml output however Im looking to implement with rustscan.
