I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a super VPN APP for both Android and Mac operating systems. The VPN server should ideally be located in the United States and the United Kingdom. I need this vpn app to have 400 usa ip location connection and 300 United Kingdom connection and also I want to be able to change the ip address numbers on all location connections , for example like a wifi router box
