we need someone that having ubuntu (linux) knowledge in network accessibility or server management

We looking for someone with linux (ubuntu) knowledge to help fix a dedicated server that is being marked that is doing network abuse, our server is currently suspended to use and is only available via KVM so we need to dig in and see why the server company saying we did network abuse as we are sure we have not ever did, thanks.
